Tooth Emergency!

We had a bit of an emergency at our house Friday night. Ian and Audra were playing and got into an argument which ended in Audra pushing Ian. Somehow Ian fell and hit his two front teeth so hard that it twisted one sideways and twisted the other sideways and up into his gums into his permanent tooth. I paged his dentist who met us at his office. Unfortunately his teeth had to go, there was no way to save them. The dentist thinks we have a good chance that his permanent tooth might have little to no damage, but we won't know until it comes in. Ian was very brave so we bought him a Star Wars clone trooper gun. He is very upset now that he realizes the teeth are gone until his "big boy teeth" come in, which is why it was so hard to get a decent smile from him. He has handled the pain really well and did better than we both expected at the dentist's office. We have to take him back in two weeks just to make sure everything has healed up ok.

Audra's Funny Animal Noises

Audra makes the funniest animal noises (mostly her chicken and pig noises), we just had to share!

hmmm, looks like someone was in Mommy's make up...

On my way home from work Brandon called me and told me that Audra got into my make up (again). She has never attempted to wear it, she just pretends, but apparently today she decided to try to put it on herself. Brandon left her as is until I got home so I could get some pics... She looks like she could star in Les Miserables at the very least...

Christmas Eve at Nana and Bampa's

Every year we open crackers. It is a british tradition, inside there is a puzzle or joke, a prize, and a crown. We look forward to this every year and I have even intoduced this tradition with Brandon's family.

Snowman Fun!

Daddy and Ian decided to build a snowman a few days ago after the first storm. They had a lot of fun. Brandon tried to get Audra to come and help but she wanted to stay inside and then she came out after they finished, and yes, for those of you wondering that is Audra in the background wearing pajamas! The Snowman turned out pretty cute!
