We signed Ian up for Summer Preschool at the local recreation center. For school he picked out a Diego back pack. He loves it, they read stories, sing songs, have treats, show and tell, and make crafts. He gets to go two days a week for two hours. If he continues to like this preschool we are going to sign him up in the fall.
Audra saw me painting my toes and wanted hers done too. I painted her toes and they turned out really cute. Surprisingly she sat really still and even waited for them to dry. Then she walked around the house like a princess.
I left a box of chocolate Chex on the table and I turned my back to do something. I went to check on the kids and Audra was watching a movie eating cereal.
Yumm! Audra loved the ice cream cake we had for Grandma Stevens birthday! Unfortunately her white shirt did not enjoy the chocolate stain.
Last weekend Ian was really sick. He never really developed symptons of a head cold, it just went right to his chest. Ian got a fever of 105 and I could get it to go down, but not away. So, Saturday night we headed to instacare to find out what was wrong. He had an ear infection. It has been a very long time since he has had an ear infection (he use to have tubes in his ears). The doctor prescribed a strong antibiotic and lots of popsicles, which Ian loved!
I was doing the dishes, and Audra was getting fussy. I turned around to get the broom so I could sweep the floor, and Audra was asleep! She will just drop anywhere and take a nap!
Well, about a week ago our little Audra started climbing out of her crib. She got to the point where she wouldn't even sleep in it anymore, so I thought it was time to set up her bed. This was harder for me than I thought it was going to be, my baby girl is getting so big! Her bed turned out really cute, and she liked picking out her "Tinkbell" (Tinkerbell) sheets.
Here are some cute lights we found and I thought they would be perfect for her room. They make a great night light!
